Step one : initial contact

Participants express their interest by submitting an interest form.

Step two : Screening

Screening phone call to determine participant eligibility:

• Race/ethnicity
• Age
• Language used in assessments
• Health conditions

If you are eligible, we will schedule a time to come in

Step three : Baseline Data

Participation includes completions of:

• Informed consent form
• Surveys and cognitive assessments
• Blood draw
